The new ENLARGED Vendor Hall hosts a whopping 57 vendor booths, 18 in the Artitorium, and 20 ancillary booths outside of the Marketplace! Awesome.
Con on the Cob offers LITERALLY SEVERAL options to suit all of your booth-wanting needs. Each booth includes one 4-Day CotC registration badge and vendors may purchase one additional vendor badge per booth for only $30.
This is the standard vendor hall booth. It includes one 6' table and two chairs.
These endcap booths are in high demand because they are larger than the regular booths and have sweet placement in the Mother of All Marketplaces. It includes two 6' tables and as many chairs as you want.
Booths in the Artitorium are primarily for artists and cosplayers but other vendors may nab them as well once the Mother of All Marketplaces gets close to full. Each artist in the Artitorium who nabs a booth may hang up to five individual art pieces in the Art Show at no cost. Click here to learn more about the Artitorium and the CotC Art Show.
Ancillary booths are a bit different. They are located throughout the hotel, mostly in the Atrium where the gaming takes place and along the wall above the broad stairway that leads to the Atrium. They do not lock up at night, which is why they are less expensive than regular booths. Ancillary vendors are encouraged to remove their items at night and replace them in the morning. On the plus side, ancillary vendors may set their own hours and conduct business whenever they want. Each ancillary booth includes two chairs and a 6'x18" table, although vendors are encouraged to bring their own table.
Con on the Cob has space for up to eight food trucks or other outdoor food vendors. There's a lot more to say about food trucks at Con on the Cob and, thankfully, there's a whole page all about it!
