WHO WE ARE

The RPG ALLIANCE is a Grass Roots, Inclusive Gaming Community that runs role playing game events using safety tools, like the X-Card, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and NOW online.

2021 finds us experimenting with a hybrid gaming convention of two days ONLINE and one day IN-PERSON gaming at our partner Dickens Pub in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Age Limit: The IN-Person age limit is +18 years old (legal drinking age), as our venue is a pub.

The On-line convention day welcomes younger players and the Game Masters will set age ranges and content warnings where necessary for their individual games.

SUNDAY, NOV 21, 2021 - IN-PERSON CON DAY: Our Venue will be requiring proof of vaccination for entry. The possibility of the event being cancelled is very real and depends on COVID health measures. The Refund deadline is Nov 20, 2021 at 1PM (MST). Click here for more info and check our COVID page as the situation evolves.

Player Badges Prices are:

Full Weekend Badge $10 US (+TTE Fees)
Individual Single Day Badges are $6 USD (+TTE Fees)
Badges include access to our Gather Town Con Space.
Game Masters Badge is complimentary if you run at least one game. It includes access to our Gather Town Con Space and the Full Weekend Badge to any games you want to be a Player at.

GAME MASTER SUBMISSIONS WILL OPEN OCTOBER 1st

Check the GAME MASTERS INFORMATION page under the HOST menu for more info on how to submit a game. The due date to submit a game is November 18, 2021. Limited space available for the IN-PERSON Day, Sunday, Nov 21, 2021, so submit your game ASAP.

That's right MUTANTS & MASTERMINDS creators Crystal, Steve and Alex will be giving us an EXCLUSIVE Sunday version of their stream panel to be followed by a very special One-Shot run by Alex with some of their Patreon!

We follow our SAFE SPACE CODE OF CONDUCT listed under the ATTEND menu and use the X-Card as our default safety tool. Healthy Boundaries keep everyone safe, respected and having fun!

By entering and participating in the online events of the RPG Alliance Convention, participants give their permission to be photographed, or recorded by the convention and give their consent to their images and video being reproduced for subsequent use in the media, webcasts, internal and external promotional purposes, advertising and inclusion on websites and social media. Images are shared publicly with open access for use.
