Panel Submission If you wish to host a panel, complete the submission form with details including panel title, description, host(s), and any special requirements.
Deadline All Panel submissions must be received by 7/23/2025
Notification Panel hosts will be notified of their acceptance status via email.
Badge Requirement All panelists must possess a valid convention badge to submit a panel.
Age Requirement All panelist must be at least 18 years or older.
Arrival Panelists are required to arrive at their assigned panel room at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for adequate setup and preparation. You can start setting up 10 minutes before your start time.
Duration Each panel will be allocated a time slot of 60 minutes.
This timeframe includes approximately 10 minutes for setup and 10 minutes for teardown. Any activities, Q&A, etc. should be within this 40 minute time period between setup and teardown.
Panels will not be allowed to exceed their designated timeslots. Please be aware that these periods may overlap with adjacent panelists' setups/clean up.
Age Rating All panels must include an age rating upon submission. Panels that cover adult or explicit content in shows, movies, music, comics, manga, anime and other entertainment must be rated 18+. This rating must be clearly stated in both the title and description of the panel.
Example: All content related to "Hazbin Hotel" must be rated 18+.
Content Restrictions Panels must refrain from addressing offensive topics, politics, drug use, and sensitive or triggering subjects, such as school shootings and sexual assault.
Additionally, content featuring minors in explicit, sexual manners or discussing a minors private area even in a medical sense is banned.
Characters who are featured in explicit content must be of legal consenting age, both mentally and physically. This includes immortal characters or characters who cannot age further.
AI Content Content featuring AI-generated images, merchandise, books, or other content is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to remove the content and/or leave the premises without a refund. This also applies to suspected AI-content.
Content Topics Panels may cover a wide range of subjects, including but not limited to: Video Games, Tabletop Games, J-Fashion, Anime, Manga, Japanese Culture, Comics, Digital Art, Content Creation, Cosplay, Streaming
Technical Equipment Each panel room will be furnished with one table, four chairs, and one microphone. Should you require additional equipment, please specify in your submission, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Please note that no internet access will be provided.
Material Responsibility Panelists are responsible for any materials or equipment they bring to the convention. Kanimecon Lawrence is not liable for any damages, theft, or loss of property associated with your panel.
Fair Use and Copyright All panel content must comply with fair use standards and must not infringe on any copyright. Panelists are responsible for ensuring their content adheres to these legal requirements and may be held accountable for infringement.
Safety Regulations: Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines set forth. The use of materials that pose safety risks or violate local laws is strictly prohibited.
The use of toxic chemicals, hazardous materials or items that generate fumes or pose safety risks is strictly prohibited.
Open flames, fireworks, drones, bubbles, confetti, slime, fog machines, or any activities that create a mess or interfere with safety are prohibited.
Liability By submitting a panel, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Convention Name], its organizers, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your panel presentation or associated activities.

Notification Game hosts will be notified of their acceptance status via email.
Badge Requirement All participants must possess a valid convention badge to enter any building or participate in convention activities.
Cancellation Policy You may cancel your participation in a game or cancel a game at any time through tabletop.events. Please notify your fellow players if you decide to cancel.
Arrival Time Please arrive at your game table 10-15 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow for setup and introductions. While a schedule will be posted at each table. Should there be people using the table that was reserved for your game please kindly and respectfully let them know of your reservation and allow them time to move to a different table. Should this pose further problems please contact a volunteer or crew or staff member in the game room.
Game Materials You may check out a board game from the board game counter or supply your own.
If you wish to use a board game from the board game counter, please submit a request to reserve the game in advance to ensure its availability during your scheduled game time.
Content restrictions Games sessions must refrain from addressing offensive topics, real world politics, real world religions, and sensitive or triggering subjects.
Age Appropriateness Games held in non-18+ spaces must be suitable for all ages. Regardless of the location, content should be appropriate for a general audience, and participants should ensure that their gameplay does not make others uncomfortable, this includes game participants and event attendees.
