Our Featured Artisans are talented community members who excel in a skill or craft and want to showcase their work at a Exhibitors Booth and or share their knowledge with others through panels or demos. If your activity requires the use of special protective gear due to hazardous or dangerous materials, this will not be allowed for the safety of our guests.
No harmful or hazardous substances Materials that produce strong fumes, dust, and or require special protective equipment are not allowed. You will be working in a shared room or space full of people without specialized gear. Only bring items safe for indoor and public use.
No sanding of any kind Sanding creates airborne particles that can be harmful in an enclosed space. This includes sanding foam, leather, resin, or any other materials.
Sharp tools must be handled carefully. Scissors, knives, awls, and similar tools should be used responsibly. Please keep your workspace organized, and secure tools when not in use.
Only non spray paints and adhesives allowed Use brush-on products only. Spray paints, aerosol sealants, and airbrushes are not permitted.
Leather crafting Basic leatherwork like cutting, punching, and tooling is fine, but no chemical treatments, burning, or heavy hammering unless approved otherwise. Please be mindful of noise levels.
Heat tools require prior approval Heat guns, wood burners, soldering irons, and similar tools may only be used with staff approval and must be operated on a heat-resistant surface brought by the participant.
No open flames Lighters, torches, candles, and anything similar are strictly prohibited indoors.
Respect shared supplies Materials and tools borrowed from Kanimecon Lawrence must stay at the event and be returned in good condition. Treat all provided items with care.
Handling of Materials and Tools Attendees are not permitted to handle, distribute, or collect any materials or tools. Only designated Kanimecon Lawrence staff or designated panel/demo leaders may manage or have access to supplies. All materials and tools must remain with staff or panel/demo leaders at all times.
Electrical Outlet Use If you require access to an electrical outlet, you must request approval in advance. Outlets are limited and not guaranteed without prior arrangement.
For safety reasons, anything plugged into an outlet must be unplugged when not in active use and at the end of each night.ilure to follow this rule may result in loss of outlet privileges.
All featured Artisan must adhere to the rules, policies, and guidelines outlined by Kanimecon Lawrence for exhibitors and attendees.
Exceptions to rules may be made for bringing approved tools used during demonstrations or panels, with prior approval from Kanimecon Lawrence.
You’re also more than welcome to display business cards, banners, and flyers in your Exhibitor space.
Featured Artisan Media Agreement By participating as a Featured Artisan, you acknowledge that you may be filmed, photographed, or recorded during the event, and that such media may be used for promotional purposes by Kanimecon Lawrence.
Failure to follow the rules or guidelines set by Kanimecon Lawrence may result in the shut down of your activities and possible removal from the event with no reimbursement or refund.

Featured Artisan tables are currently planned to be located in the Open-Air Pavilion. All tools, materials, and items you bring must be safe to be stored in an open air structure/environment, which includes possible exposure to heat, cold, humidity, and other outdoor conditions.
Kanimecon Lawrence is not responsible for any damage, warping, spoilage, or loss resulting from storage in the open-air pavilion. Please plan accordingly and only bring items that can safely withstand open air environments.
There are water fountains and restrooms located inside the open-air pavilion for your convenience during the event.
Personal, battery-operated fans are allowed at your table as long as they do not interfere with neighboring spaces or negatively impact the experience of attendees around you.
