Check out a game from our library to play with friends or organize a game with fellow attendees. We encourage open play and meeting new people, just be respectful and mindful of others.
Check Out
Valid event badge and government issued ID are required to check out games.
You must be 16 years or older to check out games.
Only one game may be checked out per person at a time. No exceptions.
All games must be returned by the designated closing time each day. If you’re unsure when that is, please ask at the game library counter.
Games Remain On event Property
Please ask before taking a game outside the game room. On nice, non-windy days, staff may permit outside play in approved areas on event property.
Treat Items With Care
This policy includes, but not limited to rulebooks, tokens, dice, cards, timers, pencils, game boards and miniatures.
Do not bend, mark, or alter cards, or damage/destroy any game components.
Please keep all game pieces, cards, and components together and return the game in the condition it was received.

No food or drink allowed in the Gaming Hall except bottled water that follows our general attendee policy. Ask before joining a game already in progress as some sessions may be private or already full.
Respect others space and belongings. Do not move or tamper with other players’ setups or games.
Volume should be kept at a respectful level, no shouting or disruptive behavior.
Minors Under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Children Under 13 must have a parent or guardian join or supervise the game with them. Game masters are not there to watch your children and are not responsible for those who attend games they organize.
Respect Reservations
You must vacate the space at least 10 minutes before the next reserved start time.
You must return games at least 10 minutes before the next reservation start time.
If you have a reservation, please arrive early so your session can begin on time.
Video Games
Do not alter console settings or unplug systems without staff assistance.
Be respectful of time if others are waiting, limit your session to 20 minutes.
Report technical issues to a game room volunteer, crew or staff immediately.

Game Submission If you wish to host a game, complete the game submission form with details including game title, description, player count, and any special requirements.
Deadline All game submissions must be received by 9/1/2025
Notification Game hosts will be notified of their acceptance status via email.
Badge Requirement All participants must possess a valid convention badge to enter any building or participate in convention activities.
Cancellation Policy You may cancel your participation in a game or cancel a game at any time through tabletop.events. Please notify your fellow players if you decide to cancel.
Arrival Time Please arrive at your game table 10-15 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow for setup and introductions. While a schedule will be posted at each table. Should there be people using the table that was reserved for your game please kindly and respectfully let them know of your reservation and allow them time to move to a different table. Should this pose further problems please contact a volunteer or crew or staff member in the game room.
Game Materials You may check out a board game from the board game counter or supply your own.
If you wish to use a board game from the board game counter, please submit a request to reserve the game in advance to ensure its availability during your scheduled game time.
Content restrictions Games sessions must refrain from addressing offensive topics, real world politics, real world religions, and sensitive or triggering subjects.
Age Appropriateness Games held in non-18+ spaces must be suitable for all ages. Regardless of the location, content should be appropriate for a general audience, and participants should ensure that their gameplay does not make others uncomfortable, this includes game participants and event attendees.
Content featuring minors in explicit or sexual manners is banned. Characters must be of legal consenting age, both mentally and physically. This includes immortal characters or characters who cannot age further.
AI Content Content featuring AI-generated images, merchandise, books, or other content is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to remove the content or leave the premises without a refund.
Conduct All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that disrupts the gaming experience for others will not be tolerated.

Individuals working for, volunteering with, or directly involved with the event are not eligible to enter tournaments or contests.
Be a good sport. Poor behavior, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in removal from the game room or disqualification from competitions.
