The 2018 D8 Summit is a board game convention, with its roots in a board game club. As such, we try to do it right! We provide a board game library of over 200 titles to all guests of the D8 Summit. It costs NOTHING to check out a board game, as long as you have a badge! We ask the board game stays in the convention hall, and for you to provide an ID and phone number when you check a board game out. You can take a look at our offerings here.

Play and Wins

One of our more popular offerings are our Play and Win board games. Simply by playing one of these new board games donated by some top companies, you are entered into a drawing for a chance to win it. Last year, we were able to hand out some incredible games, such as Scythe. When we get a list of the donated games this year, they will be posted to this page so you can plan!

Top Attraction: Strategy Game Water Table

Are you a fan of strategy games? Do you want to enjoy simulated combat on the most mutable of terrains? Then you should sign up to play at the Water Table. Think of a water bed - only with more simulated violence! A special guest will be setting this unique experience up for D8 Summit guests, and you can take advantage of the fun on Saturday.
