GAMEMASTER(GM)/VOLUNTEER DISCOUNT & REWARD PROGRAM RULES A GM should run their game for the listed minimum number of players (as per the game submission) for a majority of their allotted time. If the game the GM is offering does not make they should report to the Track coordinator before leaving. You may be asked to run or participate in another game. SCARAB is not required to extend any benefits of the discount program if the Volunteer fails to participate in the minimum hours necessary for their tier as per the discretion of the Track Coordinator.
