We are excited you are interested in joining us as an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor for BGG.Spring this May 27-30, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency DFW Airport. The following is general information for you to prepare for exhibiting at BGG.Spring. Please keep this information handy and refer back to it as needed.
Please read this document all the way to the end. The thing you care about the most is down there. And keep an eye on your email - we will be sending out more information periodically via emails and News items as we get more details closer to May.
We are now using the Tabletop.Events platform to plan and organize our convention. This means it is now a multi-step process to register as an exhibitor:
Exhibitors in the expo hall, sponsor or vendor booths, or similar activities are subject to the Code of Conduct and COVID Protocols.
In particular, exhibitors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material. Booth staff (including volunteers) should not use sexualized clothing / uniforms / costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment. Please make sure all individuals that are assisting in your booth are aware of this policy.
Also note that all official publisher activity including demonstrations of games and promotional material must be kept inside your exhibit space inside the exhibit hall or during a sponsored event.
