Exhibitor FAQ

How can my company become an Exhibitor?

Fill out the Exhibitor application linked in the Exhibitor/Sponsor Menu. Once you receive the approval email, you may purchase booth space in the Exhibit Hall and/or Sponsorship opportunities through the same Exhibit Menu.

How can I demo my game?

Exhibitors and new designers/publishers are encouraged to use the Designer/Publisher Speed Dating event, the Proto Alley by UnPub event, or the purchase of a booth in the exhibitor hall(s) to demo new/old products. Exhibitors and the up-and-coming designer are prohibited from the regular demonstration of any product in the open gaming spaces at BGG.CON. All official publisher marketing efforts must be restricted to the Exhibit Hall or reserved breakout room (Cumberland).

How do I ship my product to my booth?

BGG Events has made arrangements for the FedEx Business office to handle all incoming and outgoing shipments for Exhibitors. The rates are as follows:

• Loose Boxes - $10 handing fee for incoming packages (self-pickup only at FedEx office located on the convention level). Additional $10 delivery fee to have received package delivered to booth, guestroom, or other location inside of the Hotel. Outgoing packages handling fee will be at the reduced rate of $10 per package. Additional fee of $5 if a FedEx box is required. (note: the $5 box fee will cover any size box, and is a significant reduction in price if large sized box is required).
• Pallets - $150/per pallet up to 350 lbs. plus $0.75/pound above 350.
