Apply to Exhibit and/or Sponsor

All Exhibitors and Sponsors must read and approve the RAGECON Exhibitor Agreement. Sponsors use the same agreement as Exhibitors for the required Agreement.

Please note that when picking your booth you are only selecting the booth types you want and RAGECON staff will assign your space. If you would like a specific space based on the map you can email exhibit@ragecon.com and we will do our best to accommodate those requests. Your booth number will be emailed to you prior to the convention with load in instructions.

If you need a 6' x 12' booth or bigger just add additional 6' x 6' booths to your cart. We will make sure those spaces are next to each other at the Convention.

Example - you would like an All Inclusive booth so you get the hotel included but need two booths. You would pick one All Inclusive booth (which includes a 6' x 6' booth and the hotel room) and add separately one 6' x 6' booth to your purchase. RAGECON staff will assign your booth numbers are next to each other.

• Set-Up 8am-12pm
• Exhibitor Room Hours 12pm - 6pm
• Saturday July 1:
• Exhibitor Room Hours: 9am - 6pm
• Sunday July 2:
• Exhibitor Room Hours: 9am - 5pm
• Tear Down 5pm - 7pm
