Run a TTRPG Game

Thank you for your interest in running a TTRPG at Dice & Destiny Con! We are looking for Game Masters to run one-shots, campaigns, and learn-to-play sessions for our community.

How to Submit

All game submissions are handled through the Tabletop.Events system. Here is how:

1. Go to the convention home page and select Host > Submissions.
2. Click the "New Submissions" button at the bottom of the page.
3. Select TTRPG as your Event Type.
4. Fill out the form with your game details:
   • Event Name: A clear title for your game (e.g., "D&D 5E: The Lost Mine of Phandelver").
   • Short Description: A brief summary of your game.
   • Preferred Start Time: Your first choice for when to run the game.
   • Alternate Start Time: A backup time in case your first choice is unavailable.
   • Duration: How long your game will run, including setup and cleanup.
   • Max Tickets: The maximum number of players you can accommodate.
   • Spaces Needed: How many tables you need (usually 1).
   • Age Range: The appropriate age group for your game (e.g., All Ages, 13+, 18+).
   • Will event host also play the game?: Select "Yes" if you will be playing as well as running the game.
5. Read the Event Submission Rules and submit your game.

What We Provide

We provide a table and chairs in our gaming area. You provide all game materials, including rulebooks, dice, character sheets, maps, and miniatures, along with a prepared adventure or session for your players.

What Happens Next?

After you submit, our team will review your game. You will be notified via email if your game is Approved, Declined, or if Changes are Requested.
