How do I apply for a booth or artist table? Vendor and artist applications are available on our website. Please email DiceAndDestinyConVendors@gmail.com with any questions.

What are the booth options and prices? We offer the following booth types for exhibitors and artists:

What is included with a booth? All vendor and artist spaces include a table(s), two chairs, and the number of badges specified in your booth package. Additional badges may be purchased separately email DiceAndDestinyVenders@gmail.com.

Can I share my booth with another vendor? Booth sharing is permitted only with prior written approval from the organizer. Please contact DiceAndDestinyConVendors@gmail.com for approval.

What is your vendor refund policy? Please refer to our refund policy page for detailed information. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to DiceAndDestinyConVendors@gmail.com. Administrative fees apply.

How to Apply for a Booth

Step 1: Create a Tabletop.Events Account You will need a Tabletop.Events (TTE) account to apply. Go to the convention's home page and click the "Apply to Exhibit" button. If you don't have an account, you can create one during the application process.

Step 2: Submit Your Application Click the "Apply to Exhibit" button on the convention page. Enter your Company Name and fill out the required information:

  • Company Name – your business name
  • Website URL – link to your website
  • Description – tell us about your business and what you sell
  • Contact Name, Phone, and Email – who we should contact with questions
  • Logo – upload a high-resolution logo (2000 x 2000 pixels, PNG or JPG)

Read and agree to the exhibitor terms, then click "Submit Application" to send it for review.

Step 3: Application Review Once you submit, your application will be reviewed by the convention team. You will receive an email notification when a decision is made. Statuses include:

  • Pending Review – your application is being processed
  • Changes Requested – we need more information or clarification
  • Approved – you've been accepted and can purchase a booth
  • Declined – your application could not be approved at this time

Step 4: Purchase Your Booth After your application is approved, you will be able to purchase your booth:

  1. Go to the convention page and click on "Booths"
  2. Select your preferred booth type (e.g., Vendor 10×10, Artist 6×3, Corner, Double, End Cap)
  3. If you have a discount code for early bird pricing, enter it during checkout
  4. Complete the payment process

Important: You are not guaranteed a booth just by applying. Approval and booth assignments are made by the convention team, and space is limited.
