Film Submission Information

Dice & Destiny Con is now accepting film submissions for our 2027 convention! We are looking for fantasy genre films—including sci-fi fantasy, horror fantasy, dark fantasy, urban fantasy, and all other subgenres within the fantasy realm. Whether you're a seasoned filmmaker or an emerging creator, we want to see your vision.

Submission Requirements:

• Films must be fantasy genre.
• Films must have been completed within the last 2 years (2025–2027).
• All submissions must be the original work of the submitter. You must own all rights to the film or have obtained proper written permission from all rights holders. Any film containing copyrighted material (music, footage, characters, etc.) without proper licensing or permission will not be considered.
• By submitting, you grant Dice & Destiny Con permission to screen your film during the convention and use stills/clips for promotional purposes. All other rights remain with the filmmaker.

To Submit: Please email the following to DiceAndDestinyConVendors@gmail.com:

• Film title, runtime, and genre
• A brief synopsis (2–3 sentences)
• Cast and crew credits
• A digital copy of the film (via link, file transfer, or attachment)
• OR mail a physical device (USB flash drive) to our P.O. Box (Dice & Destiny Con c/o Divine & Conquer P.O. Box 7742 [Spring, TX, 77387]) address provided upon request). Physical devices will be available for pickup at the Registration Desk during the convention.

Important Notice Regarding Physical Media: Dice & Destiny Con will make reasonable efforts to return physical media submissions (USB flash drives, etc.) to their owners. Returned media will be available for pickup at the Registration Desk during the convention. However, we cannot guarantee the return, security, or condition of any physical media submitted, and we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected packages. We strongly recommend that you do not send your only copy. Please retain a backup of your film for your records. By submitting physical media, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Selection Process: Submissions will be reviewed by our programming team. You will be notified once the review process is complete, and selected films will receive a scheduled screening time as part of the Dice & Destiny Con film block. Film schedules will be posted on our website and social media prior to the convention.

Deadline: 4/30/27 at Midnight
