Submit an Event, Show, or Performance
Thank you for your interest in bringing entertainment to Dice & Destiny Con! We are looking for performers, showrunners, and creators of all kinds to help make our convention unforgettable. If it belongs in the fantasy world, we want to hear about it.
What We're Looking For
We welcome live music, comedy, live actual plays, variety acts, immersive experiences, and any other performance or entertainment that fits our fantasy and gaming community.
How to Submit
All event submissions are handled through the Tabletop.Events system. Here is how:
- Go to the convention home page and select Host > Submissions.
- Click the "New Submissions" button at the bottom of the page.
- Select your Event Type (e.g., General Event, LARP, Performance).
- Fill out the form with your event details:
- Event Name: A clear title for your show or performance.
- Short Description: A brief summary of what attendees can expect.
- Preferred Start Time: Your first choice for when to perform.
- Alternate Start Time: A backup time in case your first choice is unavailable.
- Duration: How long your performance or event will run, including setup and cleanup.
- Max Tickets: How many attendees can attend your event.
- Age Range: The appropriate age group for your event (e.g., All Ages, 13+, 18+).
- Special Requests: Let us know what you need. We will work with you to accommodate your show.

What We Provide
We provide space in our programming area and a stage for performances. Let us know what accommodations you need, and we will work with you to make it happen.
What Happens Next?
After you submit, our team will review your event. You will be notified via email if your event is Approved, Declined, or if Changes are Requested.
