Submit a Demo or Game

Thank you for your interest in hosting a game or demo at Dice & Destiny Con! We are always looking for Game Masters, designers, and creators to help make our convention amazing.

For Game Designers Submitting a Prototype or Demo

If you are a designer looking to showcase a new or indie game, you can submit a prototype for playtesting and demonstration. Here is how:

1. Go to the convention home page and select Attend > Prototypes.
2. Enter the name of your prototype and click "Create".
3. Complete the form with your game's details and click "Done".

For Game Masters & TTRPG Hosts

If you want to run a TTRPG, board game, or other event, you can submit it through our Host page. Here is how:

1. Go to the convention home page and select Host > Submissions.
2. Click the "New Submissions" button at the bottom of the page.
3. Select your Event Type (e.g., TTRPG, Demo/Game, Panel).
4. Fill out the form with your event details, including preferred time, duration, and max players.
5. Read the Event Submission Rules and submit your event.

What Happens Next?

After you submit, our team will review your event. You will be notified via email if your event is Approved, Declined, or if Changes are Requested.
