This event is past the point where ticket sales are permitted.Welcome to Silent Falls, your home in the woods of Northern California. It's the first day of Winter Break, and it should be relaxing and fun - but all your plans just changed. Alice Briarwood, your friend, is missing. Will you find her? Will you find out what happened to her? What you learn will change you forever.
"Alice is Missing" is an award-winning RPG with a unique format and a new virtual tabletop designed for it, PixelTable. From the game developers:
"Alice is Missing is a silent role-playing game played live and without verbal communication. Players inhabit their character for the entirety of the 90-minute play session, and instead of speaking, send text messages back and forth to the other characters in a group chat, as well as individually, as though they aren’t in the same place together.
Hauntingly beautiful, Alice is Missing puts a strong focus on the emotional engagement between players, immersing them in a tense, dramatic mystery that unfolds organically through the text messages they send to one another."

Webcam is recommended, a good mic is required. Joining my Discord server, Oaksong Games (https://discord.com/invite/UJGG8cqaDn), is necessary during the session, and you're welcome to stay afterward if it please you. Make sure you can access a quiet place at least occasionally to record in-character voicemails.
The game starts in Discord, where we will be in voice chat to discuss the rules and safety tools, and where we will develop our character relationships, for 30-45min. We'll have a break and return for the 90min live gameplay using Alice is Missing Digital Edition (free & provided). After the gameplay ends, we return together to debrief before ending. I encourage you to have your webcam on during set-up and debrief, but it's not required.
This game covers some intense and mature topics, and these vary depending on the cards drawn during play. Before we start play, we'll learn each others' needs around specific content and potential triggers.
