Terms and Policies

Summer Knights Online Charity Con ("Summer Knights"), Good Games for a Good Cause, Games on Demand Online, and RPG Alliance Con (collectively, the "Organizers") would like our attendees to have a safe, inclusive, and fun gaming experience. We have created a Code of Conduct to help promote this experience. ALL Summer Knights attendees must accept all terms, policies and waivers listed below.

Code of Conduct and General Waiver of Liability

By accepting and using a Summer Knights Online Charity Con badge, the holder hereby: (i) agrees to adhere to the Summer Knight Online Charity Con Code of Conduct and (ii) releases the Organizers from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any other claim or course of action of any kind.

The Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the online venue any person, under the Organizers' sole and absolute discretion, who is behaving, or threatening to behave, in a manner that is disruptive to the event or other attendees.

Refunds

All purchases of Summer Knights Online Charity Con badges are final. The portion of ticket fees payable to Summer Knights, less Tabletop.Events fees, is refundable on or before Friday, August 2 at 12:00 AM ET (UTC-4).

No refunds will be issued for any reason after Friday, August 2 at 12:00 AM ET (UTC-4) unless an event is canceled or as expressly stated in writing in advance. In no event shall the fees payable to Tabletop.events in connection with the purchase of any Summer Knights badge or tickets be refundable in any circumstance.
