RPGA-CON TERRAIN CRAFTING CONTEST SATURDAY NOV 21

Show us your best piece of tabletop terrain!
The Rules:
1) RPGA-Con Badge Holders Only:
- The contest is open to current RPGA-Con badge holders.
2) One terrain or diorama piece entry per person.
Your entry may be a single piece of terrain or a small diorama/display scene.
Size Limit: The completed piece must fit within a 12" × 12" footprint. Maximum height is 12".
3) Submission Window:
Entries may be submitted at the Check-In Table on Saturday Nov 21, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the day of the convention
Entries must be placed in the designated contest area before the 3:00 PM deadline.
4) The entry must be crafted by the person entering it.
5) Original Work:
No digitally created or AI-generated artwork may be submitted as part of the entry.
Any materials, techniques, paints, or commercially available components may be used.
Yes, you can use 3D printed components but they can ONLY represent 5% of the entry's composition.
Judges will have the final decision whether there is too much 3D elements in an entry. Remember this is a terrain crafting contest after all.
6) Identification:
- Each entry form must include the entrant's name, contact info, and the name of the entry piece.
7) RPG ALLIANCE RESERVES THE RIGHT to disqualify any submissions that do not meet community standards or for any other cause.
8) Anonymous Judging:
Each entry will be assigned a number and displayed without the entrant's name.
The judging panel will judge entries by number only to reduce bias and keep judging as impartial as possible.
9) Judging:
The contest will be judged by a panel of RPGA-Con Judges.
A panel of RPGA-Con judges will score each entry from 1–5 ( 5 being awesome) in four categories:

| Creativity – Originality and creative use of materials | 1-5 |
| Appearance – Painting, composition and overall visual impact | 1-5 |
| Presentation – How effectively the piece tells a story or presents its subject | 1-5 |
| TOTAL | /20 |
The highest total score wins.
In the event of a tie, the judging panel will make the final determination.
The judging panel's decision is final.
Judging & Winner Announcement
Judging will take place during Happy Hour.
The winner will be announced at the end of Happy Hour.
One overall winner will receive the RPGA-Con Terrain Crafting Contest prize and crowned the 2026 Champion!
