WELCOME TO OUR 9TH ANNUAL RPG ALLIANCE GAMING CONVENTION!

WHO WE ARE

The RPG ALLIANCE (RPGA) is a grassroots, inclusive tabletop RPG convention that has been bringing gamers together in Calgary, Alberta, Canada since 2018. Born from the Queer Questing & Allies TTRPG Meetup Group, RPGA was created around a simple idea: there should be a safe space at the gaming table for everyone.

Our games use safety tools such as the X-Card to help make our tables welcoming, comfortable, and fun for everyone.

We welcome everyone, every kind of gamer, and every kind of tabletop RPG! From classic fantasy adventures to weird indie games, horror, sci-fi, superheroes, and everything in between — if it's a tabletop RPG, we want to play it!

2026 is very special as it is the FIRST time we will have TWO IN-PERSON CON DAYS!!

SUNDAY (Dickens Pub): The Age limit is +18 years old (legal drinking age), as our venue is a pub.

We follow our CON POLICIES & SAFE SPACE CODE OF CONDUCT listed under the ATTEND menu and use the X-Card as our default safety tool. Healthy Boundaries keep everyone safe, respected and having fun!

By entering the venue and participating in the events of the RPG Alliance Convention, participants give their permission to be photographed, or recorded by the convention and give their consent to their images and video being reproduced for subsequent use in the media, webcasts, internal and external promotional purposes, advertising and inclusion on websites and social media. Images are shared publicly with open access for use.
