WHO WE ARE

The RPG ALLIANCE is a Grass Roots, Inclusive Gaming Community that runs role playing game events in Calgary, Canada, and NOW online. This means we welcome younger players and the Game Masters will set age ranges and content warnings where necessary for their individual games.

How do PLAYERS register for events?

1) Player Badges go on sale on OCTOBER 31 at 6 AM MST (Yes Halloween!)

-You need to have set up an account with Tabletop Events (TTE), and be logged in;

-Then see the right hand menu's BUY BADGES button, CHOOSE Player Badge for $4 USD (+ TTE fees), and complete the transaction.

• SLIDING SCALE if COVID-19 hit you hard or you're a student, veteran (thank you for your service) or just need a break because money is tight, just email rpgalliancecon@gmail.com and we will get you a free Player Badge. RPGA-Con is about community not money.

• Event Tickets have no cost. Each game is free, so just the one time cost of the Player's Badge of $4 USD for the entire weekend.

2) How to view and select the Event/Games to you want to play:

~ Go to the ATTEND menu (top left of the page),

~ Then EVENTS SCHEDULE and see all the Event/Games running.

~ Once you decide the game you want to play, click on GET button for that Game Ticket, and follow the CHECK OUT process.

GAME MASTER SUBMISSIONS ARE OPEN

Events MUST BE scheduled within 9 AM, 2 PM, or 7 PM time-slots for Saturday and Sunday, Friday’s only time slot begins at 6 PM.

FRIDAY SLOT:

• OPENING RPGA-CON DISCORD VIDEO CHAT 5:00 PM to 5:45 PM

SLOT 1) 6:00 PM to 11:45 PM (Mountain Standard Time)

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY SLOTS:

SLOT 1) 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time)

• --Intermission ONE: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

SLOT 2) 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

• --Intermission TWO: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM - 1 Hour

SLOT 3) 7:00 PM to 11:45 PM

We follow our SAFE SPACE CODE OF CONDUCT listed under the ATTEND menu and use the X-Card as our default safety tool. Healthy Boundaries keep everyone safe, respected and having fun!

By entering and participating in the online events of the RPG Alliance Convention, participants give their permission to be photographed, or recorded by the convention and give their consent to their images and video being reproduced for subsequent use in the media, webcasts, internal and external promotional purposes, advertising and inclusion on websites and social media. Images are shared publicly with open access for use.
