• We have a limited number of Executive Rooms available at a group rate, please call The Ingleside directly to book and ask for the Midwinter Gaming Covnention rate. 262.547.0201

• A deposit equalling one night's stay is required at time of reservation.

• Parking is FREE and The Ingleside is a Pet Friendly hotel.

• Outside food is not permitted in the convention/gaming spaces. If you wish to bring in/have outside food delivered you must consume the food in your own Hotel Room. Outside beverages such as coffee and soda may be permitted, but outside alcohol is not allowed in the convention spaces.

• Midwinter Gaming Convention Wristbands include Convention Admission ONLY, Waterpark passes may be purchased separately through The Ingleside
