Midwinter Gaming Convention Health and Covid 19 Policies

PLEASE NOTE: The following information is subject to change at any time.

As of 3/27/2023 we will not be requiring masks or proof of vaccination to attend. While masks will not be required at Midwinter Gaming Convention, feel free to wear them at the event if you wish to. We simply ask that everyone, wearing a mask or not, respect everyone else's decisions and choices. Please stay tuned to this page for any updates.

By purchasing admission to Midwinter Gaming Convention, you agree to the following:

• To self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (symptoms typically include, but are not limited to (Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea)
• To immediately cease participation in all convention activities and self-isolate if you experience symptoms of COVID-19 while attending Midwinter. If you are staying at The Ingleside, you will remain in your hotel room until medical assistance can be obtained. If you are not staying at The Ingleside, you will self-isolate at home or wherever you are staying and get medical assistance on your own.
• To notify Midwinter Gaming Convention immediately by email at DaydreamProductionsLLC@gmail.com if you experience symptoms of COVID-19 during or within 14 days after participating at Midwinter.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Midwinter Gaming Convention cannot guarantee that Guests will not become infected with COVID-19. By purchasing admission to Midwinter, you acknowledge the risk of such exposure, whether it be from other participants at the show, any others at The Ingleside Hotel unrelated and not connected to Midwinter or otherwise outside of the convention and hotel. By visiting Midwinter Gaming Convention you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

If you have a choice, we encourage you to get vaccinated.

We hope everyone can attend our event, but understand that any decision we make regarding COVID-19 will not make everyone happy. If you do not feel safe attending Midwinter Gaming Convention, we understand and hope you will consider joining us for next year’s event.
