Cancellation Policy

If you are considering submitting events as a GM DO NOT purchase your pass.

Purchasing admission to Midwinter Gaming Convention does not guarantee participation in any specific game/event. You are purchasing the convention experience as a whole, not a single event. Cancellation of a specific game/event does not entitle a Guest to a refund of their admission.

All admission purchased for Midwinter Gaming Convention is non-refundable.

Admission for the 2024 show will be transferable and able to be gifted to another individual in your place. To transfer admission, please contact DaydreamProductionsLLC@gmail.com with the original Guest's first and last name, and the new Guest's first and last name, and email address associated with a TableTop.Events account. You will receive email confirmation of the admission transfer.

If you are unable to find another individual to take your admission, you may roll over your 2025 admission to the 2026 show. To roll over admission, please contact DaydreamProductionsLLC@gmail.com. You will receive email confirmation of the roll over. Rollover requests will be accepted through 12 AM CST Sunday January 14th, 2024. Admission will not be eligible for roll over beyond that time. Admission may only be rolled over once, to the following year's event. Admission not used the following year may not be rolled over again/indefinitely.

Wristbands are not mailed in advance and may be picked up at Convention Registration.

GM Admission is not redeemable for credit towards previously purchased admission, and cannot be used to receive a discount on Jump the Line packages.
