Cancellation Policy

If you are considering submitting events as a GM DO NOT purchase your pass.

Purchasing a badge to Midwinter Gaming Convention does not guarantee participation in any specific game/event. You are purchasing the convention experience as a whole, not a single event. Cancellation of a specific game/event does not entitle a Guest to a refund of their badge.

All Badges purchased for Midwinter Gaming Convention are non-refundable.

Badges for the 2024 show will be transferable and able to be gifted to another individual in your place. To transfer a badge, please contact DaydreamProductionsLLC@gmail.com with the original badgeholders first and last name, and the new badgeholders first and last name, and email address associated with a TableTop.Events account. You will receive email confirmation of the badge transfer.

If you are unable to find another individual to take your badge, you may roll over your 2024 badge to the 2025 show. To roll over a badge, please contact DaydreamProductionsLLC@gmail.com. You will receive email confirmation of the badge roll over. Badge rollover requests will be accepted through 12 AM CST Sunday January 14th, 2024. Badges will not be eligible for roll over beyond that time. Badges may only be rolled over once, to the following year's event. Badges not used the following year may not be rolled over again/indefinitely.

Badges are not mailed in advance and may be picked up at Convention Registration.

GM Badges are not redeemable for credit towards previously purchased badges, and cannot be used to receive a discount on VIP Badges.
