Doors Open for Midwinter 2023 this Thursday 1/12!
We've spent the last year plotting and planning and we can't wait to see you! Here's some helpful information for next week:
Registration & Badge Pickup - On the 5th floor of the Hilton in the Crystal Ballroom. Badges will be available for same-day purchase based on capacity. To ensure entry please purchase your badge online ahead of time. Opens 8:30am Thursday, Closes 2:00pm Sunday (open all hours throughout)
GAMING WILL BEGIN AT 10:00am on THURSDAY, January 12th and END 6pm Sunday, January 15th.
Exhibit Hall Hours - (Vendors/Shopping)
Friday, January 13th - 1:00pm until 6:00pm (12 Noon VIP Sneak Peek) Saturday, January 14th - 10:00am until 6:00pm Sunday, January 15th - 10:00am until 2:00pm
Outside Food & Beverage may not be consumed in the convention spaces. Only food purchased within the Hilton is allowed. If you want to consume food/beverages brought in or delivered, you will need to consume them in your hotel room or in the common spaces of the Hilton. The Hilton will charge Midwinter $300/incident for Outside Food & Beverages so please help us out with this situation.
