Cosplay is a valued tradition at Con on the Cob and all attendees are encouraged to express themselves by wearing costumes at any time. We have a pretty intense slate of cosplay guests and programming we think you might dig.

Heck yeah, there's a costume contest! It goes down at 6pm on Saturday in the entertainment room. Anyone in costume is invited to participate. Please sign up with Cosplay HQ by 3pm on Saturday. Check out the event schedule listing for more information.

There is a separate costume contest for the Children of the Cob (kids 13 and under) at 2pm on Saturday in Everything Room 02, which will be followed by Trick or Treating!

Trick or Treating happens right after the Kids Costume Contest at 2pm on Saturday in Everything Room 02. All kids are invited to participate. Vendors, gamers, staff, and everybody else are encouraged to bring treats for the children of the cob as they come by.

This is the same thing as trick or treating but I wrote it as two things because ADHD.

Oh man! Get ready for some awesome masquerade party goodness hosted by our pals at Barfleet. It happens Saturday at 9pm in Everything Room 05. Make or bring a hat that looks like a deep sea creature adorned with blacklight reactive jazz if you want. It'll be ever so snazzy. 21+

Not only that, but there's also the awesome Valehaven Ball, and associated LARP, which happens both Friday and Saturday night in the Artitorium! 15th-18th century period costumes are encouraged. All ages are welcome.
