Welcome to HMGS, Inc.'s Cold Wars 2025

Please plan to join us for Cold Wars 2025 from February 27th to March 2nd.

Please bear with us as we work through the different parts of making Tabletop.Events work for us. With lots of events/sessions in the system, it does take our volunteers some time to read through and Approve each submission, and then Schedule them to Rooms/Tables. Also, we want to make sure all the Complimentary Badges (e.g., Event Hosts, Volunteers, etc.) are in the system before opening Ticket & Merchandise sales.

Event Submission

Submission of Events (e.g., games, seminars, etc.) is OPEN. The deadline for a free GM badge is 11:59pm, February 2nd. For full list of requirements for a free GM badge read the GM Information.

Scheduled events (e.g., games, seminars, etc.) can be viewed by clicking the "Events Schedule" item on the dropdown menu under "Attend" - we expect everything to be Scheduled in early February.

In the Schedule of Events, you can hover over the "i" to get the first few words of the session description, or click on the session "Name" to bring up the full details of the session.

Approved - but un-Scheduled - Events are only visible to the Event Host and the administrators.

Attendee Registration

Badge sales is OPEN.

Pre-registration will CLOSE on Thursday, February 20th at 7:00pm Eastern.

We've created a short overview on How to Register for Badges & Tickets. You MUST complete the Check Out process when adding Tickets or Merch to your Badge. If you only add them to your Cart, they will disappear after 2 hours.

To get HMGS Member pricing you MUST access Badge sales via the Member Pricing page, so that we can verify your Membership.

For non-Member Badge sales, there is a "Get/View Your Badge" item in the "Attend" dropdown menu.

Youth (14 & under) and Non-Playing Partner badges can only be added to a paid (or complimentary) Badge, so the links to add those are in the "Badge Verified" confirmation you will receive.

Exhibitor Registration

Early Exhibitor Registration is open until 01/08/2025.

Volunteer Registration

Volunteer registration is OPEN. Click on the Volunteer item in the top menu.
