Travellercon USA 2026

TravellerCon/USA Online Gaming – Saturday, October 17th

TravellerCon is pleased to offer online gaming this year, running in parallel with in-person gaming on Saturday, October 17th. Whether you want to play or run a game online, here is everything you need to know.

Online Game Time Slots – Saturday Only

All online games are scheduled during the following time slots. All times are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Morning: 8:00am to 12:00pm

Afternoon: 1:30pm to 5:30pm

Evening: 7:30pm to 11:30pm

As a reference: 9:00am EDT is 8:00am CDT and 2:00pm in the UK.

Want to get-in on the fun...?

Step 1 – Join Discord

Discord is the mandatory communication platform for the online convention. It keeps GMs and Referees on schedule so every group gets their full slot.

Join the official TravellerCon/USA Discord Server here: TravellerCon/USA Discord

Step 2 – Purchase a Commodore-Level Badge

To participate in or run games at the online convention, you will need a Commodore-level badge.

Purchase your Commodore-level badge here: Buy a Badge

Step 3 – Submit Your Game (GMs and Referees)

We are actively looking for GMs and Referees to run role playing games, card games, board games, and any other virtual tabletop options for online play.

To submit a game, select Online as the event type when filling out the submission form.

Submit your game here: Submit a Game

If you hold a Commodore-level badge and run a game during the online convention, you are eligible for the Gamemaster Badge Reimbursement (see the home page for details).

Step 4 – Get your event tickets (When available in late September)

With your Commodore-level badge, you can pre-register for one game in each of the three time slots. Each game will have it's virtual tabletop method listed, (i.e. Roll20 or Foundry), for that event; and each game is required to use the TravellerCon/USA Discord server for audio.
