Contacting Staff

IN-PERSON: Need to speak with a TravellerCon/USA staff member? Visit the Registration Desk, which is staffed during all scheduled convention hours.

ONLINE: Need to reach TravellerCon Online Gaming staff? Look for staff members listed as TC-(Name) in Discord. Staff are available via chat or voice in the Traveller's Aid Society Discord channel.


Our Core Standard: Follow Wheaton's Law, (i.e.Don't Be a Jerk)

TravellerCon/USA is built on a simple principle — everyone deserves to enjoy this convention in a welcoming, respectful environment. We ask all attendees, staff, volunteers, exhibitors, and guests to treat one another with courtesy and good faith.

Gaming is an inclusive hobby. TravellerCon/USA is open to everyone who upholds a culture of mutual respect.


Harassment Policy

TravellerCon/USA is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for all participants, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, physical appearance, disability, body size, or any other identifying factor.

Harassment will not be tolerated from anyone — attendees, staff, volunteers, exhibitors, or guests.

Children (Ages 17 and Under)

Children are welcome at TravellerCon/USA. They must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. By bringing a minor, the accompanying adult agrees to our Policies for Children Under 17.


Convention Rules

TravellerCon/USA reserves the right to eject any attendee who is unduly disrupting the convention. Such ejection is not subject to a refund.

By attending TravellerCon/USA — whether in-person or online — all participants agree to uphold this Code of Conduct.
