We are a 100% volunteer-run convention, and we'd love to have you join the team!
The following departments are currently looking for help:
Registration Desk — Be the friendly face of the con! Help attendees find their way around, answer general questions, hand out badges, and monitor the desk.
Pre-Convention Setup & Logistics — Help us set up on Thursday and break everything down on Sunday. Great for people who don't mind physical work and want to contribute behind the scenes.
Online Gaming Monitor — Monitor our convention Discord and assist online attendees using a convention-supplied computer. Training will be provided.
Tech Support / Setup (Convention) — Help coordinate audio/video and computer setups to support both in-person and online events throughout the convention. Training will be provided.
Tech Support / Setup (Panels) — Assist with A/V and streaming setup to ensure all convention panels are broadcast and recorded. Training will be provided.
