VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES:

The following departments are looking for more help:

Registration Desk: Serve as a friendly face helping people figure out the con. Answer general questions, hand out badges, monitor the desk.

Pre-Convention Setup & Logistics: Help set up, and take down, the con on Thursday and Sunday. Great for people who don't mind some physical jobs - and, working for the con... but not during it.

Online Gaming Monitor: Monitor the convention Discord channel, and assist online gaming attendees, using a convention-owned computer. (Training to be provided)

Tech Support/Setup (Convention): Assist/coordinate efforts with any audio/video and computer setups, as needed, to enable both online, and in-person, events during the convention.

Tech Support/Setup (Panels): Assist/coordinate efforts with A/V and streaming setup, to enable broadcasting and recording of all the panels taking place during the convention.


Any attendee can volunteer for one or more time slots, and get a peek, under the hood, at how we go about running this thing.

Application Process

Here are the steps to get started volunteering:

Go to our Application page, complete it, and submit.

One of our convention staff members will review, and approve, your application - or reach out for clarifications.

Your staff contact work with you to figure out your schedule, and/or you will be able to browse and select available shifts on TTE, (depending on the position).
