Spiel@Sea

Payment in Full for all Merchandise (cabins, excursions, amenities) is required by August 1, 2023, unless otherwise stated.

To ensure you have purchased all of the necessary items to join Spiel@Sea, here's a quick way to verify your status.

Badge/Cabin Purchase

  1. Log in to your Tabletop.Events (TTE) account
  2. After logging in you should see "Conventions I'm attending", Click on Spiel@Sea.
  3. Click Attend > Get/View Your Badge.
    • Do you see a badge for all of the individuals in your cabin(s)? If yes, click on each badge name to verify/edit the information. If no, purchase any other necessary badges. You must have one badge for every individual on the cruise.
    • Click on your badge and scroll down to Merch for badge #XX - Do you see a "Cabin ##" (the deposit) and a "XX Remainder (Occupancy level)" in that section? (These two items only need to exist for one of your badges - there is only one deposit and one remainder needed per cabin.) If yes, you are all set and you can review any other purchases (Excursions, wifi, travel protection, transfers, etc. to verify quantity)

If you do not see a deposit item with a cabin number, you may not have a cabin reserved for you, please review the cabin availability to choose your cabin.

If you do not see a remainder item, then you need to make the final payment for your cabin. The remainder to choose is based on cabin category (Interior, Balcony, etc.) and number of individuals in that cabin. Go to the Merch section and find the Remainder item for your cabin category and choose the version that matches your occupancy. For example, if you have an ocean view cabin with 3 people in that one cabin, the remainder you need to purchase is "Ocean View Remainder (Triple)". If you purchased multiple deposits (i.e. multiple cabins), each cabin requires a separate remainder.

"Extras" Purchases

Using the same login process as listed above, click on your badge and scroll down to Merch for badge #XX. Review Excursions, wifi, transfers, travel protection, etc. to verify the quantities are correct.

Remember, most pricing is per person. The exception is Travel Protection which only requires one purchase of the $10 processing fee (per cabin) and the remaining amount will be collected separately as you work with Jeff on the specific quote for your cabin.
