WELCOME TO OUR NOVEMBER 15, 2026 GAMER SUNDAY!

SPECIAL SWAP MEET GAMER SUNDAY!

THIS MONTH we are still running 3 RPG games but we are making room for A SWAP MEET!!

HOW THE SWAP MEET WORKS!

• This is a fun social event for our community so NO TABLE FEES!

• You must reserve a table IN ADVANCE by submitting a Swap Meet Table Request. Priority will be given to known RPGA community members first. CHECK HERE FOR HOW TO APPLY.

• Tables vary in sizes from approximately 4 to 6 feet long, so please plan your display accordingly. Tables are limited. If you have your own table that would help so let us know when you submit your table request!

• You decide what you want to charge, trade or give away as long as nothing violates our space space code of conduct. All transactions are between participants.

• Participants are also responsible for bringing their own cash float, payment equipment, change, bags, or other supplies they may need to complete their transactions. Dickens DOES have free WiFi.

• By participating in the Swap Meet, you acknowledge that the RPGA and its organizers assume no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, dispute, transaction, or item involved in the Swap Meet.

• TABLE SET UP STARTS: at 12:30 PM.

• SWAP MEET RUNS: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

• CLEAN UP IS: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Don't want to take your stuff home?

You can donate unwanted RPG items to the RPGA-Con Loot Chest!

We'll collect donated items and turn them into a FREE-CYCLE LOOT CHEST at the November 21 & 22 RPGA-Con, where convention attendees can browse the chest and take something home for free.

So even if your old gaming treasures don't find a new owner at the Swap Meet, they can still get a second life in the gaming community!

WHO WE ARE

The RPG ALLIANCE (RPGA) is a grassroots, inclusive tabletop RPG convention that has been bringing gamers together in Calgary, Alberta, Canada since 2018. Born from the Queer Questing & Allies TTRPG Meetup Group, RPGA was created around a simple idea: there should be a safe space at the gaming table for everyone.

Our games use safety tools such as the X-Card to help make our tables welcoming, comfortable, and fun for everyone.

We welcome everyone, every kind of gamer, and every kind of tabletop RPG! From classic fantasy adventures to weird indie games, horror, sci-fi, superheroes, and everything in between — if it's a tabletop RPG, we want to play it!

WHAT ARE RPGA-GAMER SUNDAYS?

Because our November Convention had 25 games running, people can't play them all in just one day. So our answer is to meet once a month for a fun game day where our community runs 4-5 games at Dickens Pub's Gamer Sundays.

WHERE AND WHEN?

Gamer Sundays are once a month at our friends/partners Dickens Pub, because we love their pizza and beer!

AGE LIMITS

SUNDAY (Dickens Pub): The Age limit is +18 years old (legal drinking age), as our venue is a pub.

PLAYER BADGES

• BEWARE there are NO REFUNDS!

• All revenue is put towards buying PRIZES for you all.

• ENSURE YOU COMPLETE THE CHECK PROCESS FOR BADGE AND TICKETS TO THE VERY END OR THEY WILL TIME OUT OF YOUR CART IN 2 HRS.

We follow our CON POLICIES & SAFE SPACE CODE OF CONDUCT listed under the ATTEND menu and use the X-Card as our default safety tool. Healthy Boundaries keep everyone safe, respected and having fun!

MEDIA PERMISSIONS

By entering the venues and participating in the events of the RPG Alliance Convention, participants give their permission to be photographed, or recorded by the convention and give their consent to their images and video being reproduced for subsequent use in the media, webcasts, internal and external promotional purposes, advertising and inclusion on websites and social media. Images are shared publicly with open access for use.
