ALSO NEW - The first 100 reservations made through our Official Room Block for a Three Night Stay (or more) will receive a second game as well! This game has been picked by Midwinter HQ but is a mystery (oooohhhhh). Both Chiseled and the Mystery Games are per reservation, not per person in room

A deposit equalling one night's stay is required at time of reservation.
Parking is FREE and The Ingleside is a Pet Friendly hotel.
Outside food is not permitted in the convention/gaming spaces. If you wish to bring in/have outside food delivered you must consume the food in your own Hotel Room. Outside beverages such as coffee and soda may be permitted, but outside alcohol is not allowed in the convention spaces.
