KoboldCon is seeking GM's to organize and run games at the area's premier tabletop gaming convention. KoboldCon 2020 will be April 24-26, 2020 at the Great Wolf Lodge - 9494 Federal Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80921.

NEW FOR 2020!!
Please keep in mind this year, all Gamemasters and Event Hosts are still required to purchase a badge for admission to KoboldCon.
You still need a convention badge even when your event is accepted. However, we do feature a number of Gamemaster rewards for your benefit:
1. GM & Special Guest Lounge
We are very pleased to announce that our GMs will have a place of their own to relax, get some refreshment and to prepare their games. The GM & Special Guest Lounge will be reserved exclusively for those who run slotted games at KoboldCon. There will be snacks and beverages available and our GMs will be able to rub elbows with our Special Guests who will be using this lounge as well.
2. Level Up!
Returning Gamemasters will receive veteran GM status, leveling up each year they run games!
3. Badge Refund!
GM's who run 12 or more gaming hours will receive a full weekend badge refund.
GM's who submit 12 hours of games will be given a complimentary badge after their games fill with at least 4 players ticketed to each event. Please promote your games in order to fill them up!
It is incumbent upon YOU, the Gamemaster, to let us know when your game has filled. Shoot your emails to events@koboldcon.com when that happens.
Note: the badge requirements do not apply to any of the groups or organizations running games for KoboldCon (Adventurers League, Pathfinder Society, Play On, etc.). If you have a question about whether or not you are in one of these groups, please email: events@koboldcon.com
4. Gamemaster Raffle
All Gamemasters will be entered into our GM RAFFLE! After each 4-hour session block, we will draw names from the pool of KoboldCon GMs. Winners will receive amazing prizes from our vendors and sponsors! Winner's names will be posted at the Registration desk - check-in with the staff if you are a winner!!
We Need Your Help!
Gamemasters who sign-up for a designated period are expected to run these games. A 4-hour block means you are running your game for the full four hours.
Completing your event registration form does not register you for a badge! You will still need to get your weekend badge in order to attend (but will be refunded if you meet the requirements above).
