If you are NOT already aware, we have moved to the Great Wolf Lodge for 2020-2022!! We are so excited to have secured this opportunity and look forward to working with you again!
Last year we hit our goal of 1,000 people through the door over the course of the weekend.
Our goal this year is to focus on out-of-state gamers and further increase our draw. We are working on that by adding thinks like RPEX - a live-action RPG experience; bringing in more panels, and industry leaders to the event!
This promises to be another great year and we hope to see you there!

We are doing things a little differently this year and laying out tables for vending instead of pipe-and-drape booths. We will have separators between booths, but likely no backs. Each table is 6' and will gain you about 8' of space behind the table. When you see the map, we feel you will understand the reasons behind this. The rooms are oddly shaped and we will gain a lot more space by keeping it open.

There will be at least 1,000 badge wearing people at KoboldCon 2020. If you sponsor this, we will produce a high-quality 5/8th-inch lanyard complete with a bulldog clip with your logo on it! You may choose the lanyard color and add a repeating logo including up to two colors. This is an opportunity to get your company’s logo in front of literally each and every attendee, exhibitor, and guest.
Last year we pre-purchased 250 SWAG bags and were out of them within about 2 hours of opening the doors. We are going to stick with the 250 number for this year, BUT what's different is we are offering the opportunity for YOU to have your company logo on the bags in addition to the KoboldCon 2020 logo. You choose the color and design.
This sponsorship covers the Gaming Hall. Included at this level, you will have your logo on all table signs, as well as an assigned demo table in the Gaming Hall! You may also add any marketing material to the tabletops! This sponsorship includes a single vendor table or a discount on multiple tables in the Vendor Hall.
Our annual Dragon Mountain event is played all weekend long with a variety of groups vying to see just how far they can get by the closing ceremonies on Sunday. All players receive prizes and a few fun gifts for playing in the event. They will also receive any marketing material or other items you as the sponsor for this event would like to provide at their tables. 9 total tables; up to 54 players and 9 GMs.
As we have done the past 4 years, KoboldCon will again kick-off this year with an event on Thursday night before the convention. Additionally, on Friday and Saturday nights, there will be reception events off the main vendor hall open to koboldcon attendees.
At our Kick-Off Party, that evening's sponsor will have complete control of the event. Whether you would like to run demos, have a presentation or would like to speak, or perhaps just hand out swag - we have you covered. We can customize each of these evening's events to suit your needs and will actively promote your event and support.
Kick-Off Party ($1,000) - The Kick-Off Party starts on Thursday night and the entire convention is invited to attend. A free keg of beer is included with this sponsorship, guaranteeing a good showing (free beer!)
Friday Night Social ($500) - All the kobolds are invited to this social on Friday evening starting at 8pm. Make this event yours by customizing the theme, give-aways or whatever you'd like!
Saturday Night Social ($500)- All the kobolds are invited to this social on Saturday evening starting at 8pm. The last social event of the Con and it's sure to be a hoot! Make this event yours by customizing the theme, give-aways or whatever you'd like!
VIG Lounge Sponsor ($300) - The VIG lounge is available to all VIG attendees, as well as special guests. Customize this area as you see fit - to include any signage and marketing material - and enjoy the snacks and drinks!
Wall Signage ($100) - If you would like to get your banner or poster put up on the wall over the entire weekend, we can help! All banners will be posted in the Dragon's Lair for all to see, the entire weekend.

NOTE ON SECURITY: We are working to ensure maximum foot traffic for dealers again this year. The Vendor Hall will be open to ALL traffic both for the convention and people from the Hotel!
After 6pm the dealer hall will be CLOSED and attendee foot traffic will be routed around the Dealer Hall and into the gaming hall directly.
