We are excited that you would like to sponsor Geek Game Days 2024 at Bob Duncan Center in Arlington, TX. It's great to find others who share our passion for boarding gaming and bringing people together.

Please read carefully and refer back to this information as needed.

Permitted and Non-permitted activities

• Merchandise (merch) sales are allowed and encouraged
• Any and all transactions are between the sponsor and their customer. As such the sponsor is responsible for all sales tax and any associated fees for doing business
• All booth staff handling food must display a Tarrant County Food Handler's Certificate
• Any literature distributed must be informational only
• No calls to action
• No soliciting of donations of any kind
• Any raffles, drawings or giveaways must be approved by GGD staff prior to the event

DEADLINES

You must purchase your sponsorship by the following dates:

SPONSORSHIP HOURS

Please have people at your sponsor tables and engaging with participants during these hours at a minimum.

You are welcome, at your discretion, to have people at your table after the times listed as long as the convention is open.

We also highly encourage you to play games and mingle with convention participants outside of these hours.

Setup will be available for all sponsors from 2:00pm to 5:00pm on Friday, August 2, 2024.
