FLAG Con 2025 Sponsorship Terms & Details

FLAG Con is an annual gaming convention in Ithaca, NY, bringing together board gamers, RPG players, and tabletop enthusiasts from across the region. Sponsorships help us expand our programming, improve the gaming experience, and build a stronger community. We offer multiple sponsorship levels to fit different budgets and support goals.

Sponsorship Levels & Benefits

Special Downtown Ithaca Tier – $40 + Donation/Discount

For downtown Ithaca businesses such as restaurants, jewelry shops, and retail stores offering a special discount or non-game-related product donation.

• Social media promotion
• Logo on FLAG Con’s website
• Business location marked on program map

Bronze Tier – $85 Financial or $170 in Eligible Product Donations*

• All benefits from the Downtown Ithaca Tier
• 1/8-page ad in the program
• Logo included in print advertisements

Silver Tier – $125 Financial or $250 in Eligible Product Donations*

• All benefits from Bronze Tier (except 1/8-page ad)
• 1/4-page ad in the program
• Placement of a sponsor-provided banner in the venue
• 5% discount on Vendor Hall booths (if available)
• One complimentary single-day badge to FLAG Con 2025

Gold Tier – $180 Financial or $360 in Eligible Product Donations*

• All benefits from Silver Tier (except 1/4-page ad and 5% discount)
• 1/2-page ad in the program
• Featured highlight on program map
• Logo on placard at event check-in
• 10% discount on Vendor Hall booths (if available)
• One complimentary all-weekend badge to FLAG Con 2025

Platinum Tier – $390 Financial or $780 in Eligible Product Donations*

• All benefits from Gold Tier (except 1/2-page ad and 10% discount)
• Full-page ad in the program
• Logo on the front page of the FLAG Con website
• Logo featured on the cover of the program
• Logo printed on all attendee badges
• Logo on all official FLAG Con 2025 merchandise
• Name featured on FLAG Con 2025 lanyards
• 15% discount on Vendor Hall booths (if available)
• Two complimentary all-weekend badges to FLAG Con 2025

Product Donation Guidelines

We accept product donations exclusively from game publishers, game designers, and tabletop gaming companies. Eligible product donations include:

• Board games
• RPG books & supplements
• Card games & accessories
• Dice sets & gaming merchandise

How are product donations used? - Expanding our game library for attendees - Providing event prizes & giveaways - Supporting FLAG Con’s gaming programming
