All vendor tiers and exhibitors receive:
Social Media Shout-Outs
Beginning May 31, 2025, we’ll launch our advertising campaign. Your business will be mentioned and linked in our social media posts.
Logo Placement
Your logo will appear on the Exhibitors & Sponsors page of this site and on the homepage of our main website.
Power, Wi-Fi, and Tables
You must submit your booth needs (e.g., number of tables, chairs, and any power access) by September 13, 2025.

Returning Vendor Discount
Economy Vendor – $180
- 6' x 10' space
- 1 All-Weekend badge
- 5% discount if also a 2025 sponsor
Standard Vendor – $270
- 10' x 10' space
- 2 All-Weekend badges
- 10% discount if also a 2025 sponsor
Premiere Vendor – $420
- 20' x 10' space
- 3 All-Weekend badges
- 15% discount if also a 2025 sponsor
This agreement is effective from the date your participation is confirmed until the end of FLAG Con 2025.
Once we receive your confirmation, we’ll finalize arrangements and begin promoting you on May 31, 2025, the start of our campaign.
