Thanks for your interest in exhibiting and vending at FLAG Con 2025!

This agreement outlines the terms and benefits of your participation.

All vendor tiers and exhibitors receive:

Social Media Shout-Outs
Beginning May 31, 2025, we’ll launch our advertising campaign. Your business will be mentioned and linked in our social media posts.
Logo Placement
Your logo will appear on the Exhibitors & Sponsors page of this site and on the homepage of our main website.
Power, Wi-Fi, and Tables
You must submit your booth needs (e.g., number of tables, chairs, and any power access) by September 13, 2025.
Guest Orientation & Traffic Support
- We'll provide clearly labeled maps of Vendor Hall and Exhibitor Row.
- We'll help drive traffic to your space via all-con activities and appealing signage.
Returning Vendor Discount
- 10% off if you participated in either 2023 or 2024
- 15% off if you participated in both years

Economy Vendor – $180
- 6' x 10' space
- 1 All-Weekend badge
- 5% discount if also a 2025 sponsor

Standard Vendor – $270
- 10' x 10' space
- 2 All-Weekend badges
- 10% discount if also a 2025 sponsor

Premiere Vendor – $420
- 20' x 10' space
- 3 All-Weekend badges
- 15% discount if also a 2025 sponsor

This agreement is effective from the date your participation is confirmed until the end of FLAG Con 2025.

Both parties agree to communicate promptly about any updates, changes, or needs.
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other materially breaches these terms.

Once we receive your confirmation, we’ll finalize arrangements and begin promoting you on May 31, 2025, the start of our campaign.
