Welcome to FLAG Con 2025

A tabletop gaming convention for everyone—whether you’re here to play your favorite games or discover new ones. FLAG Con features a wide range of gaming experiences, including board games, indie and unpublished games, family games, Magic: The Gathering, RPGs, Pokémon, Battletech, wargaming, and more.

We are now seeking sponsors for FLAG Con 2025. If you’re interested in promoting your business at the convention, read below for details on how to apply.

FLAG Con 2025 sponsorships are now available.

Sponsors receive a range of benefits, including logo placements, advertising, featured recognition, and exclusive brand visibility at FLAG Con.

Exhibitors

Exhibitor booth applications will open in April.

If you are interested in showcasing your products or services at FLAG Con, check back when applications open. When they are available, click the "Exhibit" button in the sidebar to the right to start your application.

Badges

All-Weekend Badge Sales Open June 28

Purchase your badge on opening day for the best price and save time at check-in.

All badge sales include sales tax and a small Tabletop.Events convenience fee at the time of purchase.

Earning a Badge Rebate Through Event Hosting and Volunteering

• Volunteers automatically receive a 100% badge rebate.
• Game Masters who run at least 33 attendee hours of board games, RPGs, seminars, or non-MTG sessions receive a 100% badge rebate. Rebates are processed within 48 hours after FLAG Con 2025 closes.

Earn up to 80% off your badge by referring first-time FLAG Con attendees to our Opening Day Sale. Receive an increasing discount for each newcomer you refer (up to four).

Events

Event Registration Opens August 17

Once you have purchased a badge, you may register for scheduled events. All events are free.

Event registration is optional. Guests are also welcome to play games freely in the Open Gaming Area.
