Earning a Badge Rebate Through Event Hosting and Volunteering
- Volunteers automatically receive a 100% badge rebate.
- Game Masters who run at least 33 attendee hours of board games, RPGs, seminars, or non-MTG sessions receive a 100% badge rebate. Rebates are processed within 48 hours after FLAG Con 2025 ends.
Refer-a-Friend: Earn Up to 50% Off Your Badge
Returning FLAG Con attendees can still save big by referring first-time attendees.
Each newcomer you refer adds to your discount — up to four referrals maximum for a combined total of up to 50% off your badge.
Sponsorship Opportunities
FLAG Con 2025 sponsorships are now available.
Sponsors receive a range of benefits, including logo placement, program advertising, featured recognition, and exclusive brand visibility at FLAG Con.

Event Registration Opens August 17
Once you have purchased a badge, you may register for scheduled events. All events are free.
Event registration is optional — guests are also welcome to play games freely in the Open Gaming Area.
