How to Exhibit and Sponsor the festival

Every year, the festival offers a window for local artisans to showcase their creations. It’s a great opportunity to forge links, not just with the roleplaying game community, but also with other creators like yourself, who enrich the RPG culture of Quebec with their talent and creativity. All of this, in a friendly, relaxing atmosphere. It’s also a chance for your store to reach clients interested in your specialized products.

So we’re pleased to invite merchants, game authors, artists, manufacturers of dice and figurines, weavers and crocheters, to again make our merchant’s hall a dream shopping destination for gamers.

To apply, navigate to Exhibit / Sponsor > Apply to / View Exhibit and/or Sponsor and fill out the application.

Once your application has been authorized, you will be notified and you will be able to purchase booths in the Merchant's Hall and publicity around the festival space.

Note that prices for all booths and sponsorships are listed at $0.00. This is because we are not using Tabletop Events to process payments. Prices are listed in the item description, and payments can be made by Interac transfer to tresorerie@festivaldraconis.ca.

• Table dimensions are 2,5' by 4'.
• We have booths that range in size from one to four tables long.
• Prices range from 35 to 130$, payable by Interac transfer to tresorerie@festivaldraconis.ca.
• Space is limited, so don’t delay!
