Welcome to Dice Tower East 2023!!

Howdy folks, Tom Vasel here, and we hope you'll join us for 5 fantastic days of gaming with the friendliest people on earth!! We welcome all gamers age 7 and up who love to play board and card games.

I and the Dice Tower Crew will be there and of course, a Dice Tower convention wouldn’t be complete without the amazing Dice Tower library! This library is my pride and joy with over 2,000 games, upgraded pieces, painted miniatures and playmats. And, it only keeps getting better and better!!

Once again, we’re thrilled to bring Dice Tower East to the beautiful Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando! Located just minutes from the Walt Disney World® Resort and many other Orlando attractions, the Caribe offers beautifully appointed guest suites and villas with unbeatable amenities. And, their spacious conference center has loads of room for around-the-clock gaming.

Badges are sold out and our hotel block is now closed!

With each refund processed, Tabletop.Events will automatically make the badge available for someone else to purchase. Dice Tower East will not be maintaining a waitlist and badges can become available at any time. Badges can also be transferred to others wanting to come to the convention through Tabletop.Events

Our hotel block at the Caribe is now closed. You can still make a hotel reservation at the Caribe's rates, pending availability, and be sure to indicate that you are with Dice Tower East!

BADGE PRICES

• ADULT GENERAL ADMISSION: $140.00 per person, plus TTE convenience fees

• CHILD GENERAL ADMISSION (AGE 7-17): $115.00 per child, plus TTE convenience fees**

Children’s badges must be part of an adult badge purchase.
Children under age 7, including infants and toddlers, aren’t allowed in the gaming area. Adult badges cannot be purchased for children. Please see our Rules for Children under the Attend tab above.

Transactions are limited to 4 badges and the deadline to assign names to badges is May 31, 2023.

We will put a total of 1,450 badges, with 73 of those being for children ages 7-17.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

To book your hotel room, select "Hotel Reservations" under the Attend drop-down tab above to access our booking link. Or, you can call the hotel directly at 407-238-8000. Be sure to mention that you are with Dice Tower East to receive our group rate and make sure that your room is allocated to our block. More information about the room rates and policies can be found under the "Hotel Information" under the Attend drop-down tab above. Our hotel block at the Caribe closes on June 10th. Rooms may still be available after that date, but we cannot guarantee that our negotiated room rates will be.

IMPORTANT — We really appreciate everyone booking hotel rooms through the Caribe's booking link! This helps us meet our contracted room block commitment with the hotel, which, in turn, helps us with the rate for our convention space and our staff rooms. If we don’t have people stay at the hotel, we simply can’t get the space. We also encourage you to avoid booking through third-party vendors, for as tempting as their offer may appear, it usually comes with many strings and added fees attached. CANCELLATION POLICIES

-- CLICK HERE to review our refund and transfer policies for badges purchased for DTR 2023. With each cancellation, TTE will automatically add your badge back into the pool, making it available for someone else to purchase. Because badges can become available any time due to refunds, we will no longer manage a waitlist.

Badges, hotel rooms and parking passes cannot be sold. Badges and hotel reservations cannot be rolled over to 2024.

VOLUNTEERS

Volunteering is a great way to help us behind the scenes and meet other fantastic gamers! If you're interested in being a part of our volunteer crew, you can review our available positions and shifts and complete an application under the Volunteer tab above. Before you sign up, you must have purchased a badge to DTE and be 18 years of age or older. In exchange for 12 hours of work, your badge will be reimbursed after the convention. All applications will be reviewed and approved by DTE staff.
