Vending Policies

Instead of a table fee, we are asking for an in-kind trade of $25. We will give away all these in-kind items in daily drawings. Items could be gift cards to your business, digital products, etc. Alternatively, you could give physical items and whoever gets it would need to pay for shipping (or arrange pickup if you have a physical storefront). In general, smaller items/amounts are probably better. In addition to this application, please complete the CC20 Vending In-Kind Donation Form

Every vendor will receive: Two badges to the online convention, a channel in the vending hall on the Coulee Con discord server, and listing on our website.

We are thinking through how to provide vendors with some time to share their products on a live stream.

We encourage you to run a session, seminar, or game during the convention.
