Carnage Gaming is dedicated to providing a harassment-free convention experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of convention attendees in any form. Convention attendees violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the convention, without a refund, at the discretion of the Carnage Gaming staff. Offenders may be banned from future conventions at the discretion of the Carnage Gaming staff.
Harassment includes verbal comments or actions of aggressive pressure or intimidation related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, wearing a mask or vaccination status, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. Vendors in the Dealer’s Room, or at any other location in the convention area, are also subject to the anti-harassment policy.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the convention organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the convention with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of convention staff immediately so that they may address the situation. Convention staff can be identified by their Carnage Gaming staff shirts and badges. Convention staff can usually be found at the Registration Desk in the Grand Hotel Resort and at the information desks found in the Carinthia and Sundance base lodges.
Convention staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the convention. We value your attendance.
