We thank you for your willingness to host a game during Winona Con. We do ask that you familiarize yourself with these rules so that everyone can enjoy your game.

1. Schedule early. If you wish to secure a table to host your game, we urge you to submit your event early so we can get you on the schedule. While we will have some open gaming tables, they will be on a first come first serve basis with a 2 hour limit per game.

2. Arrive on time. Please make sure you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. It is expected that you will use the first 5-10 minutes setting up your game. If you need more than 10 minutes to set up a game, please consider reserving extra time.

3. Be Courteous. Please remember that your table may be scheduled for another game after yours. Please plan to finish your game 15 minutes before the end of your scheduled time so that you have time to pack up so the table is available for the next host.

4. Be Patient. If the previous host is still using your assigned table, please be patient. Ask if that game is about to finish. If there is an issue, please find a staff member to assist. We may have another table we can move you to if needed.

5. Report Issues. If you encounter any problems with your space, or an attendee makes any kind of mess around your table, please inform a staff person so we can get the space ready for the next event.
