You have been charged with the safe return of creatures stolen from Lord Henley's zoo in Greyhawk and as you follow the trail to the famed Gnarley Forest you begin to wonder if this task will prove too difficult for your band of junior associates of the Gnarled Rangers. This 2018 Garycon module by Carlos Lising will be modified slightly for 5e using the so-called 'gritty realism' rules with short rests equaling eight hours and long rests equaling one week (but I wouldn't plan on this...). There may be a few other surprises as well. We will use the roll20 virtual table top and my discord for audio and video (Ethan Cochrane, Arhmin's Old School D&D discord, Arhmin on Twitch, @ArhminDM on Twitter). Pre-generated PCs will be used and these will be available from my D&D Beyond account and integrated with the VTT. I am an easy-going DM who began in the 1980s and likes to have fun with equal parts role-playing and dice-rolling combat (OK, maybe a touch more combat than roleplay).
