TokenCon 2023

Health & Safety Policy

At TokenCon, your health and safety are our top priorities. We have consulted with our venue, volunteers, exhibitors, and attendees, as well as considered the guidance of health officials in developing our Health Policy. The following represents our current policy, but we reserve the right to change it in the case of any major changes in public policy or community risk.

  1. Attendees are required to either be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or have had a negative Covid-19 test result within 48 hours of attending.

  2. Masks are optional in all convention spaces unless otherwise specified. This includes the Exhibitor Hall, Library, Hot Games Zone, Panels, Tournament Zone, and Special Events.

  3. Attendees agree that, if they begin to experience any symptoms of a respiratory illness during the convention, including symptoms of Covid-19, flu, or common cold, they will immediately cease participation in all convention activities and self-isolate until they can be tested for Covid-19. Attendees agree to remain quarantined unless they test negative for Covid-19. After testing negative, attendees may re-enter the convention, but agree to wear a mask if symptoms persist.

Finally, be advised that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any event or public space, including TokenCon. Prior to purchasing badges for and attending TokenCon, please ensure you have read the latest CDC Guidelines for prevention. By attending TokenCon, you acknowledge this inherent risk on behalf of yourself and/or any minor for which you serve as guardian.

It's always our goal to put on a safe convention, which is as inclusive as possible. We believe the health and safety policy described here provides the best combination of protection and comfort at this time. If you have any questions about this policy, you can email us at contact@okboardgame.com, use our web contact form, or send us a message via our Facebook Page. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us game responsibly together.
