VENDORS WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU!

This year at Texicon Vendors tables are free. That's a 10'X 10' space all your own. To be a vendor please purchase a Weekend badge. If you'd prefer we can schedule your event demos as needed as you will be a game master on a Texicon game table with slotted events.

You can choose to purchase an additional 10'x10' space for retailing, or demoing games on your schedule.

Remember, if you'd like to just demo on your own time please purchase an additional 10'x 10' space for your needs. We ask that you do this rather than use open gaming space.

We require a name, address, and phone number when signing up for a table. We reserve the right to refuse any vendors for items we feel are not conducive to Texicon's community. (Just remember it's a family friendly con.) This has never happened, we're an easy bunch of folks. Please fill out the Exhibitor page and purchase the appropriate badges, and tables. We ask that you fill out the redundant fields in both forms so we can link the two requests for verification and processing.

To Do List: 1. Fill out Exhibitor Request form. 2. Purchase any table or tables as needed. (Minimum of one). 3. Purchase a weekend badge or apply for GM badge and submit events. (If you don't submit the required number of events you'll need to purchase a weekend badge).

After you submit your request to be a vendor we will add you to the Exhibitor page with information you would like to provide us about your company on the main Texicon web site and social media feeds. You will be able to upload pictures and logos under the exhibitor form.

If you need to cancel please contact us ASAP. We are a paper thin profitability volunteer organization and wish to give your slot to someone else.
