Event Info

The “Tabletop Adventure Con” is an event that will be held on Saturday, September 12th, 2026 from 8:00 am to 10pm and Sunday September 13th from 9am to 5pm in Warsaw, Indiana.

This is a fundraising event to raise funds to provide some added support to families The Healing Road LLC serves. Proceeds from the event go to reducing therapy cost to those families over the holidays.

Concessions will be sold on site.

We have a few options this year! We have two Food Trucks coming. There are local restaurants nearby as well.

When: Saturday September 12th and Sunday September 13th, 2026

Saturday September 12th, 2026:

Doors open at 8:00am and close at 10pm. Last game Check out is at 8:30 pm.

Sunday September 13th, 2026:

Doors open at 8am and close at 5pm. Last game Check out is at 3:30 pm.

Attendees will have access to the Game Library Provided by The Gen Con Games Library (Lending Library Logistics), Vendors, and Other events.

Held in Winona Lake Indiana at the Rodeheaver Auditorium.

Pricing

This year's event pricing will not include event fees at check out. One Price to rule them all!

Attendees age 16 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Youngling: (Free) Children 9 years and younger are free and must be accompanied by an adult.

Price for Preregistration (Ends August 30th, 2026)

 *Individual Gamer Pass (Ages 10 and up)

$20 - General Admission for Saturday September 12th.

$15 - General Admission for Sunday September 13th.

$30 - Individual all weekend pass

**Preregistration ends August 31st at 11PM Est.

Price At the Door

 *Individual Gamer Pass (Ages 10 and up)

$25 - General Admission for Saturday October 19th.

$20 - General Admission for Sunday October 20th.

$35 - Individual all weekend pass

If you bring at least 2 None perishable food items to the door to donate to Kosciusko Combined Community Services you will save $5 on the price of one individual , child, or family admission. Per individual admission. $5 max off the price on one admission type per person.

(Example: Two people come with at least 2 items each, they will each receive $5 off each of their admission.

The Bazaar

This year's event will only offer vender's to attendees. The Bazaar will be open to shop from 10 am to 4 each day. Vendors are allowed to stay open longer, if they wish.

Board Game Consignment

Consignment Open Saturday September 12th: 10am to 6pm.

Sunday September 13th: 10am to 2:30pm; 3pm to 4pm.

Cosplay Contest

The Saturday Cosplay Contest is returning! Signups for the Cosplay Contest will begin at 9am on Saturday September 12th at the Healing Road LLC Table. Judging will begin at 3pm.

Event Purpose

The main purpose of the event is to raise mental health awareness, the importance of play, and the importance of togetherness. This is a fundraising event for The Healing Road LLC. We hope to raise enough funds to reduce the cost of services to the individuals and families The Healing Road LLC serves over the holidays. Through this event, individuals can have an opportunity to play games and connect with others. Families will also have the opportunity play together and learn together.

The Healing Road LLC

The purpose of The Healing Road LLC is to provide quality and affordable counseling and consulting services. The Healing Road LLC understands that life can be difficult and people can lose their way. That is why the road to healing is so important. People do not have to stay in a place of fear and confusion. When they are ready to begin their journey The Healing Road LLC will be here to walk with them on the road to healing.

To bring healing and restore hope to those that have been hurt by life’s transgressions, and equip them with tools to build confidence and strength.
