Apply to Exhibit and/or Sponsor

Process

  1. Sign up: If you haven't already done so, sign up to the TableTop.Events website here.
  2. Submit: Complete and send in your application. The TableTop.Events website requires you to provide some basic business information, including submitting your logo.
  3. Approve: We’ll review your details and confirm your status.
  4. Finalize: Watch for an email to process payment for your booth and/or sponsorship.

Exhibitors

  • Location: Outside the ballroom, in front of the main entrance.
  • Setup: Saturday at 8 am (Early access available upon request).
  • Gaming Session Times: 9 am–12 pm, 1–4 pm, and 6–9 pm (Daily).
  • Note: Vendors must provide their own tables.
  • Storage: Tables can be moved into the ballroom on Saturday night. Doors lock at 10 pm.
  • Hours of operation: Exhibitor Booths must remain fully operational and staffed during all show hours from 9 am-6 pm. Early dismantling, packing, or vacating the exhibit space before 6 pm on the final day is strictly prohibited without approval from organizers.
