What precautions are you taking concerning COVID and your Convention?

• We are not requiring proof of vaccine.
• We are requiring attendees to wear face coverings.
• We will have plenty of sanitizer and wipes available.
• We have reduced the number of tables and increased the distance from each other.
• We are limiting people at tables to 5 players and 1 GM.

How do I get a Top 100 badge?

Sale of the Top 100 badges for SCARAB will open at Sunday at noon online here on TTE. They will be available on a first come first serve biases.

Can I buy a Kids Badges (12 and under) on TableTop.Events (TTE)?

NO. Kids Badges (12 and under) are only issued at the door.

A "free badge" on TTE still has a service fee the costumer would have to pay. SCARAB wants to keep kids badges (12 and under) completely free! So we are processing kids badges as we have in the past at the door.

How do I know if I have already purchased a badge to SCARAB?

Log into your TTE account.

As soon as you log into your account the first screen you should see should have a section that is in large letters "Conventions I'm Attending"

If you have a badge to SCARAB it will show up here, along with all other conventions you have or had badges for on TTE.

How do I give a friend a badge for SCARAB I have bought on TTE.

Log into your TTE account. Go to My Account, select Friends from the drop down.

If they are already listed as your friend you just hit the green Give button.

If the person you want to give the badge to is not on your friends list type their name into the Find New Friends field and locate them. Their name will appear under Your Pending Friend Requests. They will have to accept your friends request before you can give them the badge.

I have dietary restrictions, can I bring my own food?

This year (2022) the Medallion Center is allowing outside food and drink. This may change from year to year.

If I want to roll over my badge to next SCARAB what do I need to do?

Please contact us via Private Message or email either Registration @ S-c-a-r-a-b.com [no spaces] with your name, email, and the name(s) on the badge(s) you would like to rollover to the next SCARAB.

I am a Top 100 badge holder. If I roll over my badge will I still be a Top 100?

If you roll over your badge to the next SCARAB you will loss your Top 100 benefits. The New SCARAB badge will only be a regular badge.
