Volunteer registration starts February 12, 2026.

Our gamefest needs volunteers! We need hosts for all types of games as well as friendly faces to staff the registration desk and runners to support our game masters.

Volunteers of any kind who work four or more hours will have their badge cost fully refunded!

Note: If you want to host an event (which also comes with the same benefits as Volunteers, please use the Host tab)

Types of Volunteer Options:

• Help at the registration desk! We will be especially busy at the beginning of the gamefest getting all our guests checked in and off to their games. The registration desk will stay staffed during the entire event to help answer questions or manage any emergencies. We’ll train you and get you all the information you need.
• Help as a runner! Our volunteers will need supplies from time to time and you can help! Young, energetic people are encouraged to apply!
